KCOBA has a number of items in its catalogue that are certain to peak the interest of all Purples. In making the items available for sale, the Board of Directors has made the following stipulations:

1. Sale of items are time-specific and event-associated to satisfy IRS requirements. This offering is in tandem with the 10th. Annual Scholarship Fund Dance scheduled for 19th. October 2002.

2. Pre-paid orders are mandatory, since the Association's inventory capacity is limited.

3. Delivery of items ordered will be made within 4 weeks of receiving payment.

4. S/H charges are to accompany payment and are as given next to each item, or as noted below.

5. All proceeds from the sale of items go towards specific programs at Kingston College.

To place your order, simply click on the icon below to upload the Order Form. Fill out the form, stating the quantity/size/color of each item needed and submit it to us. Send your check or money order made payable to KCOBA USA, Inc. to the Association's address:

The Association will contact you to acknowledge receipt of your order and payment, via E-Mail, or by another medium indicated by you on your order. At that time you will be informed as to the delivery date of the item(s) ordered and if any additional funds are due the association.

Note:
The next offering of items for sale via this medium will be done in association with the 1st. Annual Pre-Christmas Concert scheduled for 9th. December at St. Lukes Episcopal Church in the Bronx. Accordingly, the sale period will be between 21st. October and 31st. December, 2001. New items will be added or old ones withdrawn, depending on the response. We thank you for supporting this effort.
